Note: All of the delivery prices shown below are for parcels weighing up to 30 kilograms.

UK Delivery

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery starts from £2.99 and going up to £5.50 depending on the weight for up to 2KG and usually delivered within 1 to 3 days of your order being placed. Anything after 2KG is delivered at £6.50 for upto 5KG and over this amount is £6.90 which is our Next Day Delivery option.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £6.90. Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next working day.

Next Day 10AM Delivery

Next day 10AM delivery is £14.50. Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next working day.

Next Day 12PM Delivery

Next day 12PM delivery is £8.50. Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next working day.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is £13.00. Place your order before 5pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Specific Post Codes

The following postcodes standard delivery is £15.00 and next day delivery is £19.00.  BT*, PO*, JE*, IM*, GY*, AB*, EI*, FK*, G*, HS*, IV*, KA*, KW*, PA*, PH*, TR*, ZE*.

Delivery to Ireland

Delivery is done through Royal mail with first class delivery. Postage is calculated by the weight of the parcel as below:

Weight range and prices:
0      - 750g     - £2.70 
751 - 1000g   - £4.30 
1001 - 1250g - £5.60 
1251 - 1500g - £6.50 
1501 - 1750g - £7.40 
1751 - 2000g - £8.30 
2001 - 4000g - £10.30 

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD depending on the weight and value.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Delivery will take 1 to 3 working days after despatch

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at support@woownow.com.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.
